JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Supervisor


CLASSIFICATION: Full-time / Exempt

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for helping develop, automate, implement and manage all processes relating to the accounts payable system for Impact Sales LLC, including both processing and reporting requirements.


  • Responsible for the processes of all Accounts Payables for entire company
  • Automation towards paperless processes relating to accounts payable
  • Develop policies, automate processes
  • 1099 and W-9 tracking and reporting
  • Sales and Use Tax reporting and accrual
  • Experience with managing Purchase Order Process
  • Multi-State experience
  • Development and management of internal controls
  • Development and management of approval processes for accounts payable
  • Implementation and management of ACH payments and processes


  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
  • Multiple years of experience with accounts payable, including managing an accounts payable team
  • Experience developing and implementing accounts payable processes in a growing company
  • Experience with Concur Software preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
